WHAT IS THE SNOEZI AND WHERE IS IT USED
SNOEZI is full-body positioning pillow specially designed for people without head and torso control. The Snoezi is an inclusion chair that allows the user to be supported on a variety of furniture options, such as a Sofa or Armchair, rather than sitting individually in the room in a Special Needs Chair.
The Snoezi is easily transported and can be used in different locations. It can be leaned against various surfaces, allowing the user to individually determine the desired sitting position (eg. a sofa, bed, on the floor or in a therapeutic floor chair). It has no straps or anchor points, further displaying its adaptability for the individual and their mobility in an inclusive space.
What are the benefits of the Snoezi?
The user can adopt a comfortable, well-supported and therapeutically recommended sitting position. Thanks to its flexible nature, SNOEZI is filled with EPS beads, and adapts to the body without causing pressure points or restrictions due to a constricting effect.
A fixed pre-formed recess for the buttocks ensures that the person does not slip. The lower centre of gravity compared to the rest of the body also helps prevent minor muscle tightness and relieves pressure on the lower back. This quickly creates a feeling of relaxation.
